You may participate in both schemes, and it is recommended that you submit nominations for different programmes under each scheme to increase your chances of being invited for interviews across different programmes.

In general, the Physical Fitness Test consists of 4 parts, including:
i) Sit-ups (1-minute);
ii) Pull-ups (Male) or Flexed Arm Hang (Female);
iii) Sit and Reach; and
iv) Swimming Test (25 metres front crawl and 25 meters breaststroke).
