The Departmental Research and Development Committee (DRDC) successfully held the second luncheon meeting for academic staff and PhD students for the 2025\/26 academic year on 18 March 2026. The meeting provided an informal and engaging platform for academic staff members and research postgraduate students to connect and share ideas.
 
Three PhD students, Mr KONG Yu Hin (left), Ms Jacklyn TSANG (middle), and Ms CHEN Lin Linda (right), were invited to share their research projects developed on the following topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. \u201cA New Perspective on Obesity Management: The Effects of Intermittent Dieting with Break Periods during Weight Reduction\u201d by Ms Jacklyn TSANG<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. \u201cUnderstanding Physical Activity Engagement and its Determinants in the Older Adults\u201d by Ms CHEN Lin Linda<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
