In a contributed article to Sing Tao, Dr. LOUIE Hung Tak, Lobo<\/a> discussed how technology has helped disabled athletes improve their performances, noting that experts so far have not yet reached a consensus on the controversy whether the technology has given disabled athletes an advantage over normal athletes in competitions.
 
He meanwhile hoped that more schools would add physical education to the STEM programmes, while the government has pledged to provide more supports to the elite sports development.<\/div>\n\n\n\n
