They highlighted key benefits such as increased engagement, improved reaction training, and the promotion of friendly competition and teamwork among students. This initiative enhances the effectiveness of physical education through the incorporation of information technology and STEAM education. By using modern tools, HPE students are preparing themselves for future teaching roles while contributing to the evolution of PE practices that resonate with today\u2019s tech-savvy learners.<\/p>\n<p>Feedback from attending PE teachers has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing enthusiasm for the innovative approaches presented. Educators noted the potential of reaction lights to make physical education more engaging and relevant for students. By embracing technology and STEAM, HPE students are not only enhancing their own educational experiences but also setting a precedent for future educators to incorporate innovative practices in their teaching. This initiative fosters a culture of creativity and adaptability, essential skills for both teachers and students in a rapidly changing educational landscape.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
