四位教大精英運動員學生（就讀健康教育榮譽學士課程），包括李思穎、伍柏亨、曹棨光及繆正賢於 2026 年 3 月 6 至 8 日在澳洲珀斯舉行的國際單車聯盟（UCI）世界盃場地單車賽中表現出色，為港隊摘下一銀兩銅。
 
李思穎在首日舉行的女子淘汰賽中憑末段果斷進攻，擊退東道主澳洲車手，勇奪生涯首面世界盃銅牌。其後，她再於女子全能賽的四項比拼中保持穩定發揮，最終奪得117分，成績僅次於挪威及日本選手，再添一面銅牌，表現令人鼓舞。
 
In the men’s team pursuit, Ng Pak Hang, Tso Kai Kwong, and Mow Ching Yin, alongside with their teammates Chu Tsun Wai and Ma Yik Fei, advanced to the final after defeating Chinese Taipei in the semi-final. Despite a strong challenge from the Australian team, the Hong Kong team secured a historic silver medal —  the first ever World Cup medal in a middle-distance team event.
