  • [國際乒聯匈牙利公開賽] 恭喜杜凱琹組合奪1 金1銀！

    2020 ITTF World Tour Hungarian Open had completed in Budapest on 23 February 2020. Doo Hoi Kem (Doo), a student from Bachelor of Health Education (Honors) programme, had contributed the FIRST Gold medal of 2020 with her Olympic partner Wong Chun Ting in Mixed Doubles. A second medal was followed after the intensive competition day, Doo and her partner - Lee Ho Ching won a silver medal in Doubles.

  • EdUHK elite athletes promote “moving” at home to fight for the epidemic

    Many electronic and online dailies reported that EdUHK’s Department of Health and Physical Education has teamed up with Hong Kong Physical Education Association (HKPEA) to invite 10 elite athlete students or alumni to shoot a short video, motivating the public to do simple exercise routines at home. Dr Ada Ma Wai-wing said the purpose of the campaign is to encourage Hong Kong people to do exercises at home in this testing time, so that they can have a stronger immune system to fight the epidemic.

  • [跑向共融] 自閉症譜系人士參加全城街馬10公里 跑出個人最佳成績

    in November 2019, the Education University of Hong Kong first cooperated with the Parents Association of Autistic Children in Mainstream Education, providing long-distance running training for 6 autistic people. They completed 10 km runnung in RunOurCity held on 12 January, 2020. With the company of EdUHK students', all of them completed within 56 minutes and broke their personal record.

In the interview, Rebecca shares her aspiration to become a PE teacher and how she struggles to maintain a balance between academic studies amid busy training schedule as an athlete.

    2019國際乒聯世界巡迴賽總決賽於12月12日在中國鄭州揭開序幕。就讀健康教育榮譽學士課程的杜凱琹同學 (阿杜) 夥拍黃鎮廷躋身準決賽，並奪得一面銅牌。繼香港體操運動員- 石偉雄同學後，阿杜是第二位成功爭取東京奧運入場券的本科學生。

    The 2019 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships has completed in Stuttgart, Germany yesterday (13 Oct, 2019). Shek Wai-hung (Stone), the student from Bachelor of Health Education (Honors) programme has qualified to book a ticket to Tokyo Olympic Games after finishing seventh in the men’s vault. However, Stone felt disappointed with his performance on failing to deliver on his first vault, he strongly stated that he will work more harder on training to avoid zero mistake.

    恭喜，恭喜！ 「2019年全國場地單車錦標賽」於9月12日在天津團泊體育中心單車館完結。教大榮譽院士兼健康教育榮譽學士課程畢業生 - 李慧詩(Sarah), BBS, MH, 於賽事中奪取爭先賽金牌、500米計時賽金牌、凱林賽金牌及250米計時賽銅牌，戰績輝煌！
