  • 五位教大健康教育榮譽學士的運動員學生獲授勳銜及嘉獎

    2019年授勳名單前日於憲報刊登,教大健康教育榮譽學士的運動員學生 - 歐鎮銘先生、郭柏雅先生、梁子軒先生、趙顯臻先生及鄭俊樑先生分別獲授勳銜及嘉獎人士。恭喜!恭喜!授勳及嘉獎乃為表彰各界人士對香港的重要貢獻,或嘉許他們努力不懈,致力服務社群。

  • 教大表彰傑出教職員

    The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) held a presentation ceremony today (16 May) for its President’s Awards for Outstanding Performance in Teaching, Research, Knowledge Transfer and Administrative Services 2018/19. On the occasion, EdUHK Council Chairman Professor Frederick Ma Si-hang and President Professor Stephen Cheung Yan-leung presented the awards to six staff members and five teams for their achievements and contributions.

  • EdUHK stages Love to Move programme in collaboration Joyful (Mental Health) Foundation

    TVB reported that the closing ceremony of the Joyful Jockey Club "Love to Move" Programme, sponsored by HKJC Charities Trust, was held on 4 May. Jointly organised by Joyful (Mental Health) Foundation and EdUHK, the three-year programme aimed to promote mental health awareness with the help of sports by organising different activities in primary and secondary schools across Hong Kong, including seminars, workshops, student ambassador training and elderly community visits. It has benefited over 90,000 teachers and students.

  • 教大在日內瓦發明博覽會上獲得五項大獎

    Professor Lui Tai-lok, Vice President (Research and Development) of EdUHK, congratulated the winners: “EdUHK is committed to promoting knowledge transfer and the transformation and application of research. By sharing our research output with the industry and the community, the University hopes to create positive changes for society. We are delighted to have received this recognition once again at the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva.   • Professor Sheung-Tak Cheng speaks at World Dementia Council Summit

    Professor Sheung-Tak Cheng is Chair Professor of Psychology and Gerontology at HPE. Being the brain health expert with focus on dementia care, Professor Cheng was invited to give a talk and participate in the prestigious World Dementia Council Summit on 5 Dec 2018. The World Dementia Council was established during the G8 (now G7) Summit in 2013. He was invited in his capacity as Emeritus Member of the Global Council on Brain Health which issued the first global guideline on participation in cognitively stimulating activities and brain health (published in five languages, namely English, Chinese, Spanish, French, and Latin), and to contribute to an “Asia-global dialogue” about key issues. He was the only Asian speaker invited, other than representatives from Japan which is a G7 country.

  • 教院「愛。健康。關懷」系列 之 【舞功了得】跳舞比賽

    The Faculty of Liberal Arts and Social Science (FLASS) and the Bachelor of Health Education (Honours) Programme co-organized a series of activities from March 2014 to May 2014, as a part of the Institute’s campaign to spread the messages of love, health and care to the community. Following the first activity - Healthy Cooking Competition - which was held on 20 March 2014 successfully, the second activity - Dancing Competition - was completed on 30 April 2014.

  • 教院欖球隊及健康與體育學系「科學教育榮譽學士(運動科學)課程」學生獲頒授“校長嘉許狀”及“傑出表現獎”

    For the fourth consecutive year, The Hong Kong Institute of Education (HKIEd) held its President’s Commendation Scheme Award Presentation Ceremony 2013-14 on 2 April 2014 to commend students on their outstanding achievements beyond academic studies and to recognise the importance of co-curricular activities in university studies.

    The Faculty of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (FLASS) and the Bachelor of Health Education (Honours) Programme(BHE) co-organized a Healthy Cooking Competition, as a part of the Institute’s campaign to spread the messages of love, health and care to the community.
