The World Table Tennis Contender Zagreb 2024 was held from June 3 to 9 in Zagreb, Croatia. Our elite athlete, Lee Ho Ching (Bachelor of Health Education (Honours)), teamed up with her partner Zhu Chengzhu in the Women’s Doubles event and advanced to the semifinals. They defeated pairs from France and Poland/Slovakia in the group stage. Unfortunately, they were beaten by the South Korean pair Jeon Jihee and Joo Cheonhui in the semifinals. Ultimately, Lee Ho Ching and Zhu Chengzhu secured a Bronze Medal for the Hong Kong team in the Women’s Doubles event. Congratulations to Ho Ching!
