Our graduated elite athlete-student Doo Hoi Kem (Bachelor of Health Education (Honours)) delivered an impressive performance at the “WTT Star Contender São José dos Campos 2026”, securing a silver medal in Women’s Doubles and a bronze medal in Mixed Double

In the Women’s Doubles final held on 25 July, Doo Hoi Kem partnered with Ng Wing Lam to take on the tournament’s third-seeded Japanese pair. Despite their determined effort, they were defeated 0-3 in the final and finished with a commendable silver medal.  Doo Hoi Kem then teamed up with Wong Chun Ting in the Mixed Doubles event. The pair put up a strong fight in the semi-finals but lost to the Japanese team. Although they fell short of reaching the final, they secured a bronze medal in the event. Congratulations!
