On September 5, 2025, the Department of Health and Physical Education (HPE) at The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) hosted its annual HPE Assembly, bringing together nearly 400 students and staff members in a vibrant celebration of community, professionalism, and academic purpose.

The Departmental Research and Development Committee (DRDC) successfully hosted its first research seminar for the 2025/26 academic year. The seminar aimed to support our newly joined professors and early-career academic staff by sharing valuable insights into securing research grants offered by the Research Grant Council (RGC).

在2025年8月4日，香港教育大學的健康與體育教育系副教授梁家文博士與經緯青年商會（JCI Queensway）舉行新聞發布會，介紹雙方合作研究的結果，該研究涉及香港輪椅使用者的身體活動參與度和偏好，以及他們認為的體能活動促進因素和障礙。

由香港教育大學（教大）健康與體育學系副教授梁家文博士主辦，中國香港老年人（長者）體育協會協辦的首屆「國際長者輕排球比賽」，於7月18至19日在教大大埔校園舉行。本次比賽吸引來自中國內地、香港、日本、澳洲、馬來西亞等多個國家和地區的10支隊伍、逾120名健兒參賽，年齡介乎55至72歲。

香港教育大學在2025年7月3日於大埔校園舉行「乒乓選手進校園x香港教育大學乒乓教育推廣計劃」啟動儀式，正式啟動為期一年的小學生乒乓球推廣教育活動。

作為精英運動員友好大學，香港教育大學（教大）一直致力於推動精英運動員在學術與體育方面的雙軌發展，同時支援他們退役後的職業轉型。本學系於2025年6月21日至24日，前往日本東京進行交流訪問，拜訪日本體育大學（日體大）。

The HPE Learning and Teaching Seminar 2024/25 - Open Class Session, "Empowering Artificial Intelligence Assessment of Skills Proficiency Test for Pre-Service Teacher in Physical Education", was successfully conducted on 29 May 2025.

作為精英運動員友好大學，香港教育大學一向積極支持精英運動員在學業與體育發展上的雙軌發展，並致力加強校友與母校之間的聯繫。為進一步推動體育教育的專業發展，本學系早前與中國香港體操總會合辦「競技體操章別計劃工作坊」及「競技體操章別計劃考試」，邀請多位校友及資深體操教練參與，促進專業知識的傳承與實踐。

由香港教育大學主辦，來自文化、體育、教育界眾星雲集，探討武術如何連結教育、文化、科技及電影。知名電影《#九龍城寨之圍城》的導演，監製及部分演員也將出席本次活動，與你面對面交流！

From 17th - 20th April 2025, a group of 46 students from HPE, led by Mr. CHAN Ching Yat, Roy, participated in a four-day experiential learning trip to the Greater Bay Area. This initiative was part of the Community Service Learning project and aimed to enhance students' understanding of physical education practices in mainland China while promoting professional development and cross-cultural understanding.

香港教育大學健康與體育學系副教授梁家文博士於2025 年4 月15 至16 日率領代表隊前往新加坡，參與「2025『五星』國際輕(氣)排球俱樂部冠軍賽——暨首屆新加坡氣排球公益推廣活動」。是次賽事由雲集來自澳洲、新西蘭、日本、馬來西亞、中國內地及中國香港共八支隊伍，角逐「五星盃」殊榮。賽事由亞洲大洋洲殘疾人排球聯合會（ParaVolley Asia Oceania）* 聯合主辦，香港教育大學為支持機構之一。
