Prof. Liu Xinmin, Vice Chairman of the National Technical Committee on Standardization of Laboratory Animals, Director of the Branch of Food and Medicine Homology Industry of the Chinese Nutrition Society, and Chief Scientist at the Institute of Drug Discovery Technology, Ningbo University, delivered a lecture on "Ginseng as Supplement – Strategies for Maintaining Physical and Mental Health” in his visit on 8 January 2026 to the Department of Health and Physical Education at The Education University of Hong Kong. |
