Ming Pao carried an article on the feasibility of building an Athletes’ Village in Hong Kong for the next National Games in 2025.

Dr. LOUIE Hung Tak, Lobo, Senior Lecturer at Department of Health and Physical Education, pointed out the Kai Tak Sports Park, with its construction works expected to complete in 2023, could host part of the National Games and is a suitable venue for the opening and closing ceremony.

He however deemed it difficult to find a place for the Athletes’ Village, considering the lack of transportation auxiliary facilities around the Kai Tak Sports Park.
