Now News’s News Magazine interviewed Dr. LOUIE Hung Tak, Lobo, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Health and Physical Education, on promoting the development of elite training for para-athletes.
 
Dr Louie said that the development for para-athletes is associated with the government’s policies (software) and facilities (hardware), deeming the facilities being a greater obstacle currently to the development.
