Our elite athlete-students, Lee Sze Wing and Leung Wing Yee (both students of the Bachelor of Health Education (Honours)), competed on 15 July 2025 at the 2025 National Track Cycling Championships and National Youth Track Cycling Championships held in Shanghai. The duo demonstrated outstanding teamwork in the Women’s 30km Madison race and captured a silver medal.

They made their move during the second sprint, taking first place and earning 5 points. Midway through the race, they successfully lapped the main group, gaining an additional 20 points. In the final sprint, they overtook the team from Henan to finish second. They claimed the silver medal with a total of 47 points, narrowly missing gold by just 6 points to the team from Sichuan.
