[Anti-Epidemic] Dr.Gary Chow encourages parent-child exercise games

SMART PARENTS from SingTao Daily carried an article to introduce parent-child indoor exercise games recommended by Dr. CHOW Chi Ching, Gary, Assistant Professor of the Department of Health and Physical Education.
The exercise was demonstrated in 6 short videos by introducing easy exercises. They are interactive and could take place everywhere. To prevent disease, doing exercises at home help people build stronger bodies and immune system to fight the epidemic.
