[WTT Star Contender Doha 2021] Doo Hoi Kem Won a Silver Medal!
Doo Hoi Kem, the student from Bachelor of Health Education (Honors) programme (BHE) and the medalist of Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, won the silver medal in WTT Star Contender Doha 2021. She and another BHE student, Lee Ho Ching, will participate in Asian Table Tennis Championships at Doha from 28 September to 5 October, 2021.

Training Grassroots Coaches is Most Vital in Promoting Physical Education
In a contributed article to Ming Pao, Professor Stephen Chiu Wing-kai, Chair Professor of Sociology, and Dr. CHOW Chi Ching, Gary, Assistant Professor of the Department of Health and Physical Education discussed the existing physical education coach training programmes in the city, noting that the training of grassroot coaches is actually the most vital in promoting the physical education, for promoting the full community participation as well the participations by children and teenagers.
