Our elite athlete-student, Lee Sze-wing (Bachelor of Health Education (Honours)) delivered an outstanding performance on 9 November 2025 at the 15th National Games. Competing in the Women’s Road Cycling Individual event held in Zhuhai, China, Sze Wing successfully defended her title, once again bringing honour to both the Hong Kong team and EdUHK with the hard-fought gold medal.

Sze Wing remained calm and composed throughout the race and sprinted across the finish line with great determination to claim victory. After the race, she expressed gratitude to her teammates and coaches for their support, noting that this gold medal was the result of years of hard work and perseverance.
