The 2nd HPE Learning and Teaching Seminar 2023/24, “Embracing Health Literacy in Sport Coaching and Physical Education: The Power of Loving-kindness“, was successfully conducted via Zoom on 22 May 2024.

Dr. WONG Ming Yu, Claudia explored the definition and components of Health Literacy, and demonstrated the application of loving-kindness in sports coaching as well as physical education. Ways of increasing students’ awareness of these concepts and its further promotion in primary and secondary schools were also discussed in the seminar.
