Our graduated elite athlete-student Doo Hoi Kem (Bachelor of Health Education (Honours)) delivered an outstanding performance at the “WTT Star Contender Doha 2026,” partnering with Wong Chun Ting to win a gold medal in the Table Tennis mixed doubles event.
 
In the final held on January 18, 2026, the Hong Kong duo, ranked fifth in the world, showcased their resilience and strength by overcoming an early setback of losing one game, ultimately defeating the Korean team 3-1 and winning the championship in their first World Table Tennis (WTT) event of 2026.
