Four elite athlete-students (Bachelor of Health Education (Honours)) delivered an outstanding performance at the Asian Road Cycling Championships 2026 held in Saudi Arabia from February 5 to 11.
 
On the opening day, Leung Wing Yee won the silver medal in the Women’s Individual Time Trial by completing the 20 km race in 26 minutes and 13 seconds. On the third day of competition, Wing Yee joined forces with Lee Sze Wing, Lau Wan Yau and Ng Pak Hang, alongside other teammates, in the Mixed Team Relay.  The team clinched the gold medal by finishing 31.6 km in 37 minutes, 58.27 seconds, defeating the three times champions Kazakhstan. This victory marks Hong Kong’s first-ever gold in the Mixed Team Relay event. Congratulations!
