The Nissin Foods Scholarship Presentation Ceremony 2025/26 was held on 27 January 2026 to award scholarships to elite athlete-students from the Department of Health and Physical Education (HPE) at The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) who strive for excellence in their studies while continuing to excel in their sporting performance.

Prof. Liu Xinmin Shared New Insights on Ginseng and Strategies for Promoting Physical and Mental Well-being
Prof. Liu Xinmin, Vice Chairman of the National Technical Committee on Standardization of Laboratory Animals, Director of the Branch of Food and Medicine Homology Industry of the Chinese Nutrition Society, and Chief Scientist at the Institute of Drug Discovery Technology, Ningbo University, delivered a lecture on "Ginseng as Supplement – Strategies for Maintaining Physical and Mental Health” in his visit on 8 January 2026 to the Department of Health and Physical Education at The Education University of Hong Kong.
