「赛艇环岛大赛」（环岛赛） 2020年11月15日刚于维港完满结束。就读教大健康教育荣誉学士的精英运动员学生 - 赵显臻 (阿臻)伙拍女将白丽琪，在混合组双人双桨艇夺冠。是次比赛赛道全长45公里，参赛者须沿海岸线，感受两旁大都巿及大自然的优美景色完成赛事。 |

好消息！就读教大健康教育荣誉学士的精英运动员学生 - 石伟雄 (石仔) 夺得「银河娱乐香港体育记者协会最佳运动员选举2019」的最佳男子运动员奖。石仔于2019年先后在体操世界杯克罗地亚站及斯洛文尼亚站获得跳马金牌，及后更在世锦赛夺得明年东京奥运入场劵。 |

Ming Pao, Ming Pao OL and Ming Pao Daily News cited Dr. CHOW Chi Ching, Gary, Assistant Professor at the Department of Health and Physical Education, as saying that resistance training and aerobic exercise are complementary to each other, which will boost sports performance and physical fitness. He dismissed rumours that resistance training alone can help build muscle and there is no need to do aerobic exercise. He said doing aerobic exercise will help improve blood circulation and improve physical strength in the long run. |
