Explaining the “hit the wall” phenomenon, he also clarified the common misconception that elite runners with adequate training would not have this problem.

Dr. LOUIE Hung Tak, Lobo, Senior Lecturer at Department of Health and Physical Education, recommended a healthy breakfast idea for runners on the competition day, adding that a balanced diet with different kinds of fruits is good for training and recovery.
