教大精英运动员毕业生 - 杨诺琳（曾就读健康教育荣誉学士）出战2025非洲柔道公开赛 (2025年1月18日至1月19日) ，比赛于摩洛哥的卡萨布兰卡举行，港队共派出11名运动员出战男、女子组各7个级别。诺琳出战女子57公斤以下级，在小组赛中，她击败来自列支敦斯登的对手，成功晋级四强。随后，再战胜突尼西亚代表，顺利进入决赛，最终获得银牌。恭喜诺琳！

The Health and Physical Education (HPE) department successfully hosted the 2nd Physical Education (PE) Assembly on 20 January, 2025, which served as a pivotal platform for over 180 students from the Bachelor of Education (Honours) (Physical Education) and Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Primary and Secondary) programmes.

近日，香港教育大学健康与体育学系副教授梁家文博士受邀在翡翠台 J Sport节目中介绍了轻排球运动。梁博士表示，相较于传统排球，轻排球的球体更大、更轻，规则设计简单，更容易入门。由于轻排球不涉及肢体接触，能有效降低受伤风险，适合长者参与。
