In 2020/21, sports competitions had been suspended for a long period. In the beginning of the pandemic, USFHK adopted alternative arrangements for competitions at tertiary level yet it was still a tough and challenging year due to the widespread outbreak of COVID-19. The EdUHK Annual Prize Presentation Day was also forced to be cancelled this year to prevent the spread of infectious disease. However, to show our appreciation for the participation and efforts made by the coaches and the sport team members in such difficult times, HPE had distributed the E-certificates to honour the MVP and MDAA awardees of the USFHK sports competitions.

在香港单车馆举行的场地单车国家杯〈香港站〉于2021年5月16日落幕，教大荣誉院士兼健康教育荣誉学士课程毕业生 - 李慧诗(Sarah), BBS, MH在争先赛及凯林赛分别夺得一面金牌及一面银牌。

20202021年度大专羽毛球决赛于4月25日在香港教育大学举行。教大以3：0击败城大，首度荣膺女子组冠军；而男子组则击败城大夺得季军。
